Nice little site to promote the Mario Kart franchise. The transitions and use of multiple layers and parallax are all really nicely implemented. Nice little case study.
Great retro styling on this Burton “Back Check” interactive discovery tool. Its a great little process that helps you filter down your choices to match your needs. Useful and fun. Not a replacement for standard filtering more a brand introduction experience.
Burton have a really neat element on their landing page at the moment. It detects your location pulls up a weather forecast and then recommends clothes based on the weather. I think we are going to start seeing a lot more of this connected approach to the web moving forwards.
Great visual representation of site traffic. You can even get details for each city. I think it looks stunning and not a drop of Flash.
